What now for DACA beneficiaries?

The deadline for March 5th was to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program. While the USCIS is no longer accepting new applications, it is still processing renewals.

How?

A Federal Judge in California issued a nationwide preliminary injunction. The preliminary injunction would require Department of Homeland Security to maintain the DACA program.

What should I do?

Keep your documentation organized! This includes checking expiration dates on work permits. If the expiration date is approaching, contact our office to start your renewal process. Having all documentation in order will reduce any vulnerability against any immigration officer.
